auto login with specific cookie

Hi Can I use specific cookie to auto login in Ajax-chat?

I have a login page where user download this cookie on his pc (after login)

setcookie("password", $us_info['pass'], time() + 36400);

Can I use it to auto-login in chat, after login in my site?

Can you help me to integrate it?
