I had my ISP blocked twice, due to two rule violations. One of them was getting something from an external source. The file was "vv_wallpaper.png" I think. There might have been a 1 after it. Is there anybody who knows where this file is located so I can copy it to my server?

All i know is that if you're on a shared hosting they don't like the polling of the clients every 2 seconds.
I got blocked as well and decided to move to a VPS instead.
