User Timout Spamming

I've managed to get Ajax chat installed with my phpBB 3.1 forum but I'm being timed out immediately which makes it impossible to use. I've attached an example so you can see.

You can turn off the login logout message with config.php but it'll still be in logs.

I had this issue before and it was fixed for me but changing the cookies setting in phpbb.
