redirect help

Ive been trying to modify this all day however no luck as im a newbie at this, played around with the logout function in chat.js but it only prevented the chat from working all together and had to reinstall.  

Looking for some help to have the logout redirect open a new window, its currently loading within the iframe and preventing the chat from being displayed. Thanks in advance!
