Using mozilla firefox as your browser not the sounds of chat messages are played. Has anyone encountered the same problem and I can tell you how to solve? Youtube videos are played with functioning sound

clear your cache
ctrl+f5
or make sure you have javascript enabled or make sure you haven't turned the chat sounds off in the options on the bottom right.
