Logged out randomly

One of my members is logged out randomly, but he didn't closed the chat.

(this isn't a timeout)

How do I solve this ?

Hi it's hard to help you when you don't give us information.
1 it is a standalone chat or ?
2 is it when the user login or happens it after x hours?
3 which version of php do you use on the server.
