We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP development and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex business and system analysis, design, development, and testing activities while ensuring alignment between SAP solutions and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise application designs.
Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
Develop programming specifications, technical designs, flowcharts, and coding standards for SAP application enhancements and implementations.
Lead design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Participate in budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and project planning activities.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members.
Ensure SAP project objectives are aligned with organizational business goals.
Required Qualifications
✔ 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
✔ Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA development.
✔ Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP), Custom Fiori Development, and SAP Business Workflow.
✔ Experience leading SAP development teams and mentoring junior resources.
✔ Strong understanding of SAP project management methodologies and implementation practices.
✔ Experience in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery management.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in large-scale SAP implementation or transformation projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
