📖 Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise technology transformation project. The candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities, ensuring business requirements are effectively captured for a smooth and successful transition.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A solid understanding of business operations, IT systems, and analytical problem-solving is essential.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements
• Develop business process models for current and future state analysis
• Propose and design solutions aligned with business goals
• Validate and communicate requirements with stakeholders
• Create workflow diagrams and system specifications
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support optimization initiatives
• Break down roadmap features into user stories
• Work closely with IT teams to implement effective solutions
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams
• Present findings and recommendations to project managers and leadership
• Participate in system testing and validation
• Support project management activities as needed
