We’re Hiring: Oracle EBS Time & Labor Techno-Functional Consultant

📍 Location: Remote (USA)
🛂 Eligibility: USC Only | 💼 W2 Only

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Time & Labor Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team and support key initiatives in a collaborative environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Oracle EBS Time & Labor (OTL) module
• Resolve production issues, handle tickets, and perform RCA
• Configure timecards, rules, categories, and workflows
• Work on system enhancements and extensions
• Collaborate with customers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams

✅ Required:

• 6–8 years of Oracle EBS experience
• Strong OTL module expertise
• Hands-on with SQL, Fast Formula, APEX, Reports
• Experience with HCM, Absences, and Payroll integrations

⭐ Preferred:

• Good understanding of software engineering practices
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and collaborative mindset
