Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced LOB (Line of Business) Architect to drive architecture strategy and solution design within a specific business domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology objectives, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards while supporting innovation, scalability, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the architecture blueprint for the assigned Line of Business.
• Translate business strategies and priorities into technology roadmaps and solutions.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for business initiatives and programs.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to shape technology investments.
• Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation efforts.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and governance assessments.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
• Provide architecture guidance and support to development and delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of overall IT experience with 3–5 years in Architecture roles.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, application design, and system integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of data architecture and analytics ecosystems.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense or other complex enterprise environments.
• Cloud or architecture certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, etc.).
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs and multi-vendor environments.
