We are seeking a Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support a FAS (Fiscal Agent Services) project within a Medicaid Enterprise System (MES). This role focuses on managing project deliverables, coordinating with vendors, and supporting change management activities.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Support Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects
- Manage and track project deliverables (design docs, test plans, etc.)
- Process and route deliverables to SMEs and Project Managers
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Maintain tracking logs and version-controlled documentation
- Generate status reports and support project inquiries
- Participate in SDLC phases and change management activities
✅ Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in IT / Change Management
- Knowledge of SDLC and IT deliverables
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
