We are seeking a Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support a FAS (Fiscal Agent Services) project within a Medicaid Enterprise System (MES). This role focuses on managing project deliverables, coordinating with vendors, and supporting change management activities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Support Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects
• Manage and track project deliverables (design docs, test plans, etc.)
• Process and route deliverables to SMEs and Project Managers
• Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Maintain tracking logs and version-controlled documentation
• Generate status reports and support project inquiries
• Participate in SDLC phases and change management activities

✅ Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in IT / Change Management
• Knowledge of SDLC and IT deliverables
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
