We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Solution Architect to lead SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) implementations and solution design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP SD/OTC, business process consulting, solution architecture, and end-to-end SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business process discussions and gather requirements for SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Analyze, design, and implement SAP OTC solutions for sales order processing, delivery, billing, and invoicing.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and recommend optimal SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP OTC/SD modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP OTC with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms.
• Support end-to-end SAP implementations, testing, troubleshooting, and production deployment.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and implementation results.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer to business users and project teams.
• Assist with project planning, timelines, and successful delivery of SAP SD/OTC workstreams.
Required Qualifications:
• 12+ years of SAP configuration, solution design, validation, development, and deployment experience.
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) implementation experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Experience serving as a Solution Architect on at least one end-to-end implementation.
• 6+ years of Business Process Consulting, process design, and solution architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD/OTC integration with other SAP functional modules.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
