We are seeking an experienced SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance, Central Finance implementations, and S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the enhancement and support of SAP Central Finance (CFIN), including source system mapping and Central Finance integration.
• Configure and support key CFIN components, including:
  • FI Document Replication
  • CO Postings
  • Cost Object Mapping
  • SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server)
  • AIF (Application Interface Framework) Monitoring & Error Handling
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and deliver enterprise finance solutions.
• Manage integrations with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP source systems.
• Collaborate with MDG, Controlling, and Technical teams to ensure seamless master data and financial data flow.
• Troubleshoot data replication issues and resolve functional discrepancies between source and target systems.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Ensure consistency in financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and reconciliation processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of SAP Finance (FICO) experience.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on SAP Central Finance (CFIN) experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal, and New GL.
• Hands-on experience with Central Finance replication, AIF monitoring, CO object mapping, and error resolution.
• Experience with MDG-F and master data alignment.
• Familiarity with SLT configuration, performance tuning, and replication best practices.
• Experience working in multi-ERP environments, including SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional integration (FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-HCM).
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, design documentation, and end-user training materials.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
