I have a brand new position open for an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to support a major live landscape and contribute to an exciting S/4 HANA implementation.
This role blends high-impact production support with critical involvement in upcoming S/4 HANA transformation projects.
๐นWork Authorization: W2 Only
๐น Location: 100% Remote (US)
Role Breakdown:
Production Support: Deliver L2/L3 support for PA, OM, TM, Time, US Payroll, and ESS/MSS. Troubleshoot payroll errors, schemas, PCRs, and monitor integration jobs.
S/4 HANA Involvement: Assist with fit-gap analysis, transition planning, UAT, cutover support, and data migration activities under the S/4 HANA compatibility pack.
What Weโre Looking For:
Minimum 8 years of SAP HCM functional experience.
Expert-level knowledge of US Payroll and Time Evaluation processing.
Familiarity collaborating with ABAP teams for custom enhancements.
Pluses: SuccessFactors integration knowledge, Fiori apps familiarity, or LSMW data migration experience.
