📍 Location: Virginia (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Solutions / Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of a Fiscal Agent Services (FAS) solution within a Medicaid Enterprise System (MES). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and modern solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and implementation of FAS modules within MES
• Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, MITA maturity goals, and federal standards
• Conduct architectural reviews and align solutions with enterprise standards
• Oversee system integrations (Eligibility, Provider Services, Pharmacy, Data Warehousing, etc.)
• Define APIs, data exchange standards, security models, and cloud strategies
• Develop architecture artifacts (diagrams, data flows, roadmaps)
• Ensure compliance with NIST, HIPAA, and state security policies
• Participate in governance, change reviews, and solution lifecycle management
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams

✅ Requirements:

• Strong experience in cloud architecture and enterprise solution design
• Hands-on experience with large-scale government or healthcare systems (Medicaid preferred)
• Knowledge of CMS, MITA, NIST, HIPAA, and interoperability standards
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and cloud adoption strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
