SAP BW/BI with TPM

Location: Remote

Duration: Long-term contract

Must have experience

1. TPM experience in managing large SAP migration projects

2. Experience with SAP BW

3. Has experience with Azure or Databricks

8+ years in SAP BW/BI environments with hands-on experience in extractors, Info Providers, process chains, and transformation logic

Direct experience with SAP ODP (Operational Data Provisioning) — delta mechanisms, data source configuration, subscriber management

Working knowledge of Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and ADLS Gen2 (or equivalent Lakehouse migration experience)

Led at least one full SAP BW decommission or re-platforming program from legacy to cloud

Deep familiarity with at least 3 of the 5 modules in scope: SD, FI, MM, QM, COPA

Experience managing blended onshore/offshore delivery teams (8+ people)

Comfortable presenting to VP-level stakeholders on both technical and financial topics

Nice to Have

ABAP reading proficiency (you won't write it, but you need to understand what the 250+ transformations are doing to validate PySpark conversions)

Experience with SAP CDS views as a supplementary extraction interface

Familiarity with medallion architecture patterns and Delta Lake

Prior work at a systems integrator or consultancy on fixed-scope migration engagements
