Resource for authors seeking publishers (cross-posted)

I just picked up a copy of _RT (for Romance Times) Book Reviews_ magazine for a friend. Now, I'll be the first to admit to being a reading snob who doesn't read romances, but it occurred to me that this - and any other book-review publication or site (including the Washington Independent Review of Books) - is a great resource for anyone looking for a publisher, and maybe even for those seeking agents.
