For the last few years, I've been doing SaaS marketing the same way most of us do. Research. Write the copy. Build the landing page. Set up the email sequence. Audit the SEO. Create the ads. Tweak. Launch. Repeat. And lately, like everyone else, I've been using AI to help. ChatGPT for drafts. Claude for strategy. Feeding it context about the product, the audience, the goals. But here's what kept bugging me: Every time I got a good output, I'd close the chat... and then spend the next two weeks implementing it myself. The AI gave me a plan. I still had to do all the work. So I started building something. It started as an open source project β a collection of specialized marketing "skills" that make AI agents dramatically better at real marketing tasks. Not generic content generation. Actual marketing execution: CRO audits, email sequences, landing page optimization, ad campaign setup. That repo (Marketing Skills) became the most-starred open source project for marketing AI agents on GitHub. But I kept thinking: what if this wasn't just a skill library? What if it was an agent that could actually DO the work β in your tools, with your brand context, end to end? That's Magister. βMagister is an autonomous marketing agent. You tell it what you need in plain English. It plans the work, executes across 25 specialized marketing skills, and works directly in tools like Google Ads, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Webflow, and more. You don't get a draft to go implement. You get the work done. A few examples of what it can do: β Audit your site's SEO and fix issues across pages β Write and schedule a full email sequence in your ESP β Build landing pages with conversion-optimized copy β Set up and manage Google Ads or Meta campaigns β Run CRO analysis on your signup flows β Generate programmatic SEO pages at scale I'm building this with Elliot Eckholm, who's led ML engineering for startups serving millions of users. We've been in the weeds on this for months and it's the most excited I've been about anything in a long time. We're opening early access gradually. If you want to be one of the first in, you can request access. I'll be sharing more about the journey, what we're learning, and how autonomous agents are going to reshape how marketing actually gets done. This is the thing I've been wanting to exist for years. Now we're building it.
