Let’s spread the word for our 50^th AITAA Governing Board Meeting (GBM) and Global Reunion.  Do ask our Chapter members and their families to register for participation at:

The agenda for our meeting on 26 September 2021 at 9:00AM (Thailand and Vietnam Time – Saturday evening for North America) is attached, with focus on the Chapter preparations for the 50^th GBM.

 

Please do not miss this meeting.  We need you to confirm the discussion points for the Round Table Discussions and the resolutions that will come out of them.  Here are the proposed topics:

 

a)     Discuss what are the member benefits for joining an AITAA Chapter.

b)     Discuss if the current AITAA structure achieves the purpose. What is the purpose? What has it achieved so far? What can be improved?

c)      Discuss how funds can be collected, the use of funds, the governance of grants.

d)     Discuss how AITAA is a unique organization and relevant activities for members

e)     Discuss how alumni experiences and knowledge can be stored and shared more efficiently

f)       Discuss how to recruit and retain Chapter members.

 

Let’s work together to make this 50^th GBM successful and relevant for our AIT alumni.  Please confirm your attendance.
