Role: Software Engineer / Technical Lead – Angular & Java

Location: Connecticut (CT) preferred, but open to relocation.(Onsite)
Experience: 12 Years

Need Previous experience with Elevance Health (Anthem) 


MUST HAVE:

  • Strong Java Development
  • Angular (v8+)
  • Spring Boot
  • Microservices
  • Kafka
  • Redis
  • AWS
  • Team Leadership experience (Onshore/Offshore teams)
  • REST API Development
  • Git

Preferred Industry Experience

  • Need Previous experience with Elevance Health (Anthem) 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and delivery of enterprise applications.
  • Develop frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
  • Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and caching with Redis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor developers and independently lead distributed teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI coding tools such as Windsurf, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Healthcare domain experience.
  • Docker/Kubernetes experience.

Important Notes

  • Candidate should be capable of leading a team independently.
  • Experience managing onshore and offshore resources is required.
  • Candidates located in Connecticut (CT) or willing to relocate will be preferred.
  • Elevance Health (Anthem) experience is a strong advantage
