Job Title: Systems Analyst – Snowflake Reporting & Healthcare EDI (837 Encounters)
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months
Required Skills:
· 5+ years of Systems/Business Analysis experience
· 3+ years of Snowflake Data Warehousing & Reporting
· 4+ years of Advanced SQL (Data Validation, Analysis, Reporting)
· 3+ years of Testing (UAT, Test Cases, Test Strategy, Validation)
· 3+ years of Healthcare EDI Transactions, specifically 837 Encounters (Mandatory)
· Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional/technical documentation
· Strong data analysis and reporting background
· Healthcare payer/regulatory reporting experience preferred
· Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities:
· Gather and document business and technical requirements
· Support Snowflake-based reporting and analytics initiatives
· Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and validation plans
· Act as liaison between business users and technical teams
· Perform data analysis, validation, and reporting activities
· Ensure alignment of requirements, design, testing, and documentation
· Identify process improvements and mitigate project risks
· Create training materials and operational documentation
· Work with Healthcare EDI transactions, particularly 837 Encounter data
Nice to Have:
· Healthcare payer domain experience
· Regulatory reporting knowledge
· Snowflake reporting environment support experience
· Work Authorization: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN, E3 preferred.
