Job Title: ETL Developer (Informatica / SQL Server / Oracle)
Location: Hybrid at Elevance Main Locations (3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in Informatica, Oracle, and SQL Server to support enterprise data integration and data warehousing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows, data pipelines, and warehouse solutions while ensuring data quality and performance.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in ETL, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica IICS
- Strong expertise in Oracle and SQL Server databases
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development skills
- Experience designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows
- Strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts, including:
- Star Schema
- Snowflake Schema
- Fact and Dimension Modeling
- Experience with:
- Change Data Capture (CDC)
- Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Type 1 & Type 2)
- ETL performance tuning and troubleshooting expertise
- Experience validating and maintaining data quality and integrity
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare domain experience (PBM, Health Insurance, Claims, Membership, Provider, etc.)
- Prior experience with Elevance Health
- Experience with SSIS or other ETL tools
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as:
- Snowflake
- AWS
- Azure
- Experience with BI tools:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- OBIEE
- Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Git and CI/CD tools
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ETL solutions using Informatica
- Build scalable data integration pipelines across multiple source systems
- Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL code, stored procedures, and complex queries
- Implement data mappings, transformations, and warehouse structures
- Support CDC and SCD implementations
- Perform ETL and database performance tuning
- Troubleshoot data integration issues and resolve data discrepancies
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders
