Job Role and Responsibilities:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Administrator with extensive experience in managing and optimizing Azure Government Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our cloud-based systems, adhering to government compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, configure, and optimize Azure Government Cloud infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with government standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, security professionals, and system architects.

Implement and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Azure Cloud Administration.

Proficiency in Azure Government Cloud.

Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in Azure.

Experience with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Knowledge of government compliance standards (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
