we are hiring for Salesforce PRM Business Analyst (Hands-on)
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce PRM (Partner Relationship Management). The ideal candidate
should have:
Practical experience working with Salesforce PRM
Deep understanding of partner lifecycle management, onboarding, and engagement processes
Hands-on experience with:
Deal Registration workflows (partner deal submission, approval processes, conflict management)
MDF (Market Development Funds) management (budget allocation, claims, approvals, reimbursements)
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
Experience working closely with stakeholders, partners, and internal sales teams
Familiarity with Salesforce configurations (flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards)
Exposure to partner portals / Experience Cloud is a strong plus
🔹 Optional Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of channel sales processes
Experience with partner tiering, incentives, and rebates
Basic understanding of integrations and data models in Salesforce
