Education & Experience

• Associate’s degree in Computer Programming or equivalent training required
• 5–7 years of professional experience

Core Skills

• Mainframe systems expertise
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Teamwork and collaboration

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL programming on IBM z/OS
• Proficiency in JCL, VSAM, DB2, IMS, CICS, and $AVRS
• Knowledge of ACF2 rules and sequential file naming schemes
• Experience with OPC (scheduling)
• (Desired) Prior experience with ServiceNow

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• End-user knowledge of IBM mainframe and/or ERP systems
• Strong initiative and ability to learn quickly
• Positive attitude with strong team skills, adaptable to diverse and cooperative environments
