IV M.Tech ;Upload your project to university exams

Final year M.Tech Project reports are being uploaded to university for exams! Last date for regular exams and university ranking list is by  26-6-2014

 

Go to Department Computer center and submit the following.

 

1.    1.  A CD containing following

a)    A zip file containing a PDF formatted complete project report with signatures. your USN is the name of this file. (Both PDF and Zip).

b)    PDF formatted complete project report with your USN as file Name

c)    A folder with your USN name containing separated certificate files from your project report.

d)    A word / pdf  file having Your Name, Thesis Title, Guide Name, contact numbers to call for exam, postal address,

e)    On top of CD, using permanent ink write your USN, Thesis Title , your Name, and Submitted Date

 

 

2.   2.   One  Hard copy of project report to University along with copy of  the above CD                         attached at the back of the report

 

 

3.  3.   One CD  / DVD in additional to 1 add  the following

 

i)     Folder containing, all files of your project work

ii)     Folder with  install-able Software  and supporting tools used to do your project

iii)    A word formatted instruction file how to install software and hardware, your project files and step by step procedure to run your program/hardware and how to see the  expected results

iv)   Presentation PPT

v)    Submit this CD/DVD to  project coordinator or give in lab if I am not around and confirm with me later time.

                                         

       

Note:                     

 Signature of External examiner in the report is not necessary during  this submission  , zip File should not be more than 10 MB ,  it is  your responsibility to check that , is zip files is compressed properly and it can be opened without any error .  If your zipped reports ends up more than 10 MB, convert Colour pictures to BW, do compression or contact me.  

Submit external examiner signed report along with hardware to department after the final thesis exam.
