I would like to have a discussion about having a credit card for society business expenses such as paying for website subscription renewals.  This card will be kept by the treasurer.  That way when we change managers, the new person will not have to figure out how to pay for items as they become due and cannot find the previous manager.

Hi All,

Yes this is a topic that needs to be discussed.  Right now, John Jones and I are the only ones with a credit card.  

In the past John was both Electronic Services and Registrar, but now that is not the case, so I recommend that Lorene and Janis be assigned credit cards in addition to me.  

Currently, the credit limit is $49,000 a year.  I will not be at the Oct 23 Board meeting, but you can call me at 818-404-4216 or text me if you have any questions.
