Hello all,
The end of the fiscal year for the AIS is September 30. If you have any deposits that need to be made or invoices that need to be paid, they MUST be to me not later than Friday, September 24. This will give me enough time to process the items and send any vouchers to Jody for approval before they are sent on to Jill for payment.
Anything received after that date will have to wait and be processed in the new fiscal year beginning October 1.
