Please help My Friends 6 year Old son

Dear Students,

My very good friend who lived in my community for a while has a 6 year old child who is suffering from a very rare brain cancer. They have tried all regular routes to cure this and it has been unsuccessful. The doctors have said there is nothing more they can do. I do not send out emails like this, but these are my personal friends and I would like to help them as much as possible.

 The treatment is controversial, and some people don't want to be seen condoning it - but our view is that if this is what the family wants, it's their decision, but I thought I would send it to you. If you can help it could help save his life.
