Read what a few of our past Project Inspire Internship participants say about their experience;

Ms. Yael Fried (Queens, NY) - Project Manager and Events Coordination
"I recall as if it were yesterday sitting with my friend discussing the upcoming year.I mentioned that I would love to find an internship position that would allow me to grow as an individual while contributing to a worthwhile organization. No sooner had the words left my mouth, my phone buzzed with an incoming email that said, "last chance to apply for an internship at Project Inspire". It sounded like a great opportunity and I applied on the spot.That was five months ago and I haven't looked back. Interning at Project Inspire has been an amazing and unique opportunity. In the Project Inspire office you become part of a team while at the same time you are given the chance to be creative and contribute your own ideas. Working on different projects has taught me how to coordinate events and communicate with others. I am constantly being asked what new projects would I like to get started on and how everything is coming along. However, the part that I most value is the opportunity to work with great Rabbonim with years of kiruv experience and the great friends I have made in the office. Interning at Project Inspire has definitely exceeded all of my expectations."

Mrs. Zisi Deutsch (Melbourne, Australia)
 - Graphic Design and Administrative Assistance

"My experience as an intern at the Project Inspire office was nothing short of amazing and I found it to be extremely beneficial. Being involved in a variety of exciting projects, I developed skills in project management as well as strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Working in the office I was encouraged to develop and present my own opinions and ideas which were eagerly heard. More than that though was the knowledge and inspiration I gained working alongside people with such great experience in kiruv. Returning to Australia I have noticed a tremendous difference in my approach to outreach in day to day situations as well as in my teaching position where I educate Jewish children in public schools. I rarely used to approach people and engage them in conversation and now I find myself forging connections with the parents of my students and other people I encounter who have little knowledge in yiddishkeit. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity I had to work for Project Inspire. The internship may have only lasted a few months but the impact it made on me will last forever and give me the confidence to share the incredible experience and knowledge I gained."

Ms. Shulamis Gross (Lakewood, NJ)  Graphics Design internship

"Project Inspire’s internship program was an incredible experience.  It helped me gain confidence in my graphic abilities.  The atmosphere was one of excitement and yet professional.  I really enjoyed working with such a talented and creative staff, especially R’ Giniger and Zisi.  Even though I was only an intern, I felt like I was a vital part of the team."
