The "final draft list" (more precisely, the final electoral roll of SIR 2026) was published on 28 February 2026.
The final published roll (as on 28.02.2026) lists a total of 7,04,59,284 electors. This comprises the 6,44,52,609 confirmed/approved electors + 60,06,675 marked “Under Adjudication”.
As of today, March 16, 2026, the total number of confirmed eligible voters in West Bengal appears to be 6,45,61,152.
The immediately preceding list (before SIR, as on 27.10.2025) had 7,66,37,529 total voters.
*There is a massive deletion of 1,20,76,377*.
(There are, however, both mismatches in numbers and also lingering confusions as regards the number of "under adjudication" voters vis-a-vis the total number.)]
<<The CEC’s statement Sunday made it clear that those under adjudication won’t be able to vote until their names are cleared by judicial officers.
“As per the orders of the Supreme Court, the learned judges, working under the direction of the High Court of Calcutta, will be bringing out the supplementary lists. And as and when the supplementary lists and names come out, they shall be included with the existing electors,” the CEC said.>>
