A promising client with great potential

I’ve been looking for a solid Apple Music solution for Android TV, and Airtune Music is definitely on the right track. I recently decided to pay for the subscription, and I find the cost to be very reasonable and moderate for the value it provides.

The app's interface is stunning—it looks exactly how a native Apple Music client for Android TV should look. It feels premium and integrates beautifully with the big screen experience. However, since the app is currently in beta, there are a few "obvious" features that are still missing and would make the experience much better:

1. Dark Mode Integration: While the design is nice, having a dedicated dark mode is essential for comfortable nighttime listening and OLED screens.

2. Time-Synced Lyrics: One of Apple Music’s best features is the "karaoke-style" synced lyrics. Adding this would elevate the app to a whole new level.

Overall, the app is very stable and aesthetically pleasing. If the developers implement these suggestions, it will easily be the perfect 5-star client. Highly recommended for those who want the Apple Music aesthetic on their Android TV!

Update 1.2 & Open Beta

The 1.2 update is officially on the way! It’s currently waiting for approval from Google. This version will bring:

• Apple Music Radio Stations: Full support for your favorite stations.

• Expanded Language Support: New localizations to make the app more accessible.

• Transition to Open Beta: We are moving out of closed testing to reach more users.

What’s Next (Lyrics & Dark Mode)

I hear you loud and clear on the "essentials." Once the 1.2 update is live, I will be shifting my focus directly to the features you mentioned. Dark Mode and Time-Synced Lyrics are high-priority items on the roadmap and will be added as soon as possible.

The Open Beta phase is officially complete, and Time-Synced Lyrics support is now fully ready!

This requested feature will be available as soon as the latest update (1.3) clears Google’s review process.
