Sir,

I have received a ebill in the current month bill no. 598523191 dated
27.10.2011 for my mobile number 9560396854, I have seen that Rs 116.67
charged
excess under bill period charges and rental. Here I have to mentioned
that this
is my self paid number in RA13 CUG 25 North @zero rental plan and in
the bill,
it shows RA13 CUG 140 North @Rs 140 rental plan as I have not
requested to
change my bill plant and it is changed without my consent which is
illegitimate
and I am not going to pay the excess charges.

So I request you to lodge my complaint and reverse the charges
mentioned above
and restore RA13 CUG 25 North @zero rental plan to my number as it is
not a
company paid number it is a self paid number.

I request you that I am not interested in your new plan thus my old
plan remain
activated and accordingly my bill needs to be revised with respect to
my
original plan.

Further my revised bill may be sent to me so that i can pay it. in
delay in
revising the bill should not be considered as delay in payment.
