Protest against hike in monthly rental of Rs 140 in Self paid Corporate (Railway) CUG Mobile

Hi Friends,
Airtel has offered postpaid CUG mobile number in 2009 under RA13 CUG
north D with zero rental, free call worth Rs 25/- and 10% discount on
overall bill with Rs 1/- per minute call charges with pulse rate of 15
sec. Further there is no limit in the expiry of the plan.
Now Airtel has delivered a SMS that Rs 140/- will be charged towards
monthly rental which is absolutely unlawful and against the guideline
of TRAI.
TRAI has issued guidelines to lodge the complaint with the service
provider to register the grievances at Toll Free no. 198. But i think
all of you may face the situation that not only executives but also
their supervisors and TLs has refused to lodge the complaint and issue
the docket no against our grievances.
Somehow i was able to lodge the complaint with 198 and after that
received calls that there is no rental at all and old plan is still
activated. however when we check it through self care and customer
care it was informed that there is 140 rental.
Thus we need to come at one platform for which Google Group is best
and share your experience with relevant fact if any
