Your reply is not acceptable to me as these numbers are self paid and
not
company paid and you have reverted the old bill plan to some of the
numbers i
have mentioned in mail dated 01/11/0211.. Therefore, please provide me

it is Railway Board decision to revise the bill plan and the bill plan
on old
rates is not available to any customer. As per the revised bill plan
old rates
have been withdrawn, and if the customer continues with this plan the
new rates
will be applicable, effective from 01-10-2011.
We would like to inform you that your airtel accounts are in the CUG
group of
Northern Railways and having the bill plans of the same. Further any
assistance
regarding bill plan we request you to contact with your Railway Board
co-ordinator for further assistance.

This reply is not acceptable. These are my personal numbers and not
paid by
Railways so why should I speak to Railways . Further, it is informed
that old
bill plan has been restored as well as refund has also been provided
at some of
the numbers mentioned below:
9650901038, 9560376854 and 9650798851.

Therefore, restore my old bill plan immediately at both the numbers
and also
send me corrected bills otherwise I will not make payment of pending
bills
(October onward) till my grievances are resolved up to my satisfaction
and its
responsibility will be yours or otherwise provide me the complaint
number so
that i may take further action in this regard.
