Regarding issue of RA-13 (25) CUG North Plan

Respected All Members,

As per my last correspondance made with Airtel Nodal Officer on
09.11.11 on Mobile Number: 9958444865 and got the Unique Service
Request Number 40487943 regarding the bill plan confusion and as well
latest bills received by me through courier and ebill with all messy
charges i.e. of Rs.499/- advance rent and also with Rs.140/- monthly
rent. Miss Nidhi the Nodal Officer has told me that my case details
has been asked by the Officials of TRAI, as i had also mailed them the
entire issues and what ever the solution in this case, I expect, that
can only be materialized now with the interavention of TRAI and also
through Adviser Legal TRAI. Now we are going with disscussion with
TRAI about your all the mobile numbers which were activated in RA-13
(25) CUG North Plan and we can't take any further action in your
issue. She had also told me not to mail to TRAI before 24 hours and
from our end a resolution call will be made to your mobile number by
14.11.2011. But here I wan't to metioned that my amount which was
charged in the shape of 499/- advance rent on my mobile numbers has
been waived off by Mr. Arun Sharma, Floor Superviours and an
confirmation SMS has also been received on my mobile numbers, but
after waiving off retal amount of Rs. 499/- the outstanding amount,
still have the money charged with 140/- rental on pro-rata basis. I am
trying to waive that rented amout also but 198 executives are unable
to waive off my rented amout, but the Rs.18.67 which was charged in
the October bill for my mobile number 9650799192 has been waived off.
But in my latest bill for the Month of November the rent according to
Rs. 140/- has been again charged even after so many telephonic
confirmations that my numbers are activated in RA-13 (25) CUG North
Plan with Zero Rental through 121/198 executives.
