AIRS Patch to v8.8.530 now available for download!

Attention AIRS Users!

A patch to v8.8.530 of AIRS has been posted to the Downloads section of the Defran Support website: http://support.defran.com.

Note: The application of this patch is REQUIRED of all agencies using AIRS!

 

Important Items included in this patch are listed below:

 

Ø  Programming has been completed to ensure that invoices are correctly generated for the Health Homes Billing Format. Additionally, modifications are included for the successful import of the 835 Electronic Remittance File (835).

 

Ø  Updates have been made to ensure the successful submission of the Medicaid Inquiry File (270).  Modifications were also made to ensure the successful import of the Medicaid Response File (271).

 

Ø  The scope of the AIDS Institute Extract has been modified to include all programs regardless of the eligibility and funding types.

For those agencies on AIRS v8.8.518 or higher (v8.8.522/v8.8.525)

Please download AIRSv88530.zip,dated 05/25/2012, as well as the patch application instructions, (AIRS88530PATCH-Instructions.pdf).

 

It is important that all steps outlined in the instructions be followed precisely! Follow each step as instructed matching the screenshots displayed.

For those agencies that are currently running v8.7
You will need to apply the v8.8 upgrade package prior to applying this patch. The upgrade will bring your AIRS database to v8.8.512 and  the production (executable) version will be upgraded to v8.8.518. Please download the upgrade instructions (UpgInstruct88.pdf), upgrade package(AIRSvu8.8.512.zip), and the release notes, (Release_Notes_V88.pdf).
