SYRINGE EXCHANGE Agencies - V8.9.369 fixes the SEP Unit Referrals Report

Hi.  After upgrading to AIRS Version 8.9.368, the SEP Unit Referrals Report was only including Zeros.  The fix for this is contained in the newly created AIRS V8.9.369 Patch which can now be downloaded from the Defran/Netsmart Solutions section of the Support Tracker.  Remember to download the Patch Instructions also and be sure everyone is logged out of AIRS before starting the Patch process.

After running the Patch, the "Product (exe) Version" will be 8.9.369 and the "Database Version" will also be 8.9.369 (seen below when accessing the "SYSTEM" menu and clicking on ABOUT AIRS).

 

NOTE:  If you did not upgrade to V8.9.368, the current upgrade on the Support Tracker is now V8.9.369 which includes all the recent fixes including the one needed for the report.
