RSR "Provider" Information

Hi. RSR season has arrived! The RSR season has arrived! The "fun" has begun so I am here to remind you that we must not forget that the RSR contains not just Client information but also Provider information. Unlike the RSR Client Level Data component (contained in the RSR Extract), the Provider Information is entered in AIRS and forwarded as part of your monthly AIDS Institute Extract. You probably know where I'm heading with this but here it is anyway...

I'm asking you (others in AI are begging you) to have a record with a "Start Date" = 01/01/12 and "End Date" = 12/31/12 entered in the RDR/RSR Information Form. This data gets included in the AIDS Institute Extract (and not the RSR Extract, as I previously mentioned). Since we need this information as soon as possible, please be sure it is entered before your next AI Extract submission (December or (preferably early) January 2013). In fact, why not go do this right now! (Hey, I can dream. Right?)

P.S. You should also check to see if there are any updates needed in the "Agency Information" screen and "RDR/RSR Service Information Form". The attached "Guide to the 2012 RSR Provider Report" (guaranteed to be obsolete within the upcoming year) should be treasured.
