Hi. I'd like to make you aware of the new 2012 RSR documents that has been added to the 'RSR' section of www.airsny.org and are now ready for download.
1) "Guide to the 2012 RSR Provider Report - Completing the screens in AIRS":
This identifies the fields in AIRS needed for the RSR "Provider Report". Please update/complete the necessary fields in the 'Agency Information', 'RDR/RSR Information', and 'RDR/RSR Service Information' entry screens of AIRS.
The AIDS Institute will obtain the Provider information from the AIDS Institute Extract. It will not be from the RSR Extracts. Therefore, please add or update the information so it can be included in your next AIDS Institute Extract. Be sure this occurs in the December 2012 or January 2013 submission.
In addition you could watch the video Getting Ready for the RSR – located in the Online Video Tutorials section of www.airsny.org .
2) "Guide to the 2012 RSR - A Question-by-Question Guide to Locate RSR Information in AIRS":
This the RSR "Client Report". The important document identifies the changes and additions from the prior AIRS version and explains where (in AIRS) the RSR information originates.
Please note that some of the changes will not be seen in AIRS until the January 2013 AIRS Upgrade is released. Depending on programming time, there still may be some changes to this document.
Also available is the related, but optional, document that is referred to within the "Guide" named 2012 AIRS Services Grouped by RDR Mapping - v1. This contains a list of all the Services in AIRS that are grouped by the RDR Mappings used for the RSR. At 99 pages, it should be used as reference document that you may or may not need. Since this was created from AIRS V8.9.243, it will likely be updated.
To see all the questions and HRSA instructions for the RSR, review HRSA's 2011 RSR Instruction Manual and RSR Data Dictionary.
