Attention AIRS Users!
A couple of AIRS related announcement before everyone gets ready for this latest round of winter weather!
1. Don’t delay upgrade today!
AIRS Upgrade to v8.9.368 is now available! All Ryan White Funded agencies must complete this upgrade BEFORE submission of the 2012 RSR. The AIDS Institute has already begun receiving RSR extracts. Any agency having problems performing the v8.9.368 version upgrade should submit a support ticket either at http://support.defran.com or the new portal https://airs.freshdesk.com.
2. SUBMIT YOUR RSR Extract!
Once your system has been upgraded submit your RSR extract to the AIDS Institute. The sooner the better. If time allows you will receive a feedback report and you can resubmit but not if you wait until the last minute. The date for final submission to the AIDS Institute is February 15th 2013. If you are having problems processing your RSR extract IMMEDIATELY submit a support ticket either at http://support.defran.com or the new portal https://airs.freshdesk.com so we can assist you.
