Deal or No Deal? Preliminary RSR Extract

Hi.  It's me again but this time I'm offering you a deal that you might not want to miss.   Have I steered you wrong before?  Okay, except that time in Atlantic City.  What if I told you that you could get a 4 for 1 deal?   Sounds too good to be true?  I hope you don't think I'm talking about anything but data and reports because, as you know, we're in RSR Season!.  Anyway, here are the specifics.

YOU  -->  Run the RSR Extract and submit it the AIDS Institute.  This is the Preliminary RSR, that we've been talking about lately, which will be used to provide you with feedback on your data.   Yes, it would be great if you've been cleaning up your AIRS data for the RSR but it does not matter right now.  The only thing you need to do today is run the RSR Extract and submit it to AI (via the HCS) to see how your data submission will "look".

WE --> Provide you will detailed feedback on the each RSR question and issues that need cleanup.  Our "RSR Elves" will speedily get you the following.  

1. 2012 RSR Client Completeness Report - Provides Total Client Counts and counts of the clients with "Known", "Unknown", and "Missing" data for each question.  
Admit it, you loved this report last year (and will again this year).

2. TC_ID of all the clients who have "Unknown" responses to each question.  You asked for this last year.  We have it for you this year.
 
3. TC_ID of all the clients who have "Missing" information to each question.  You also asked for this last year.  We have it for you this year.

4. 2012 RSR Validation Messages Report - This report will identify any issues in your data that HRSA could have a problem with.  This will include Errors (a deal
breaker for submitting), Warnings, and Alerts.   The culprits are identified by their TC_ID with reference to RSR question.  Its a beautiful thing.

And FYI, we don't do anything else with your RSR Extract.  It is not forwarded to HRSA.  It is used specifically for the 4 reports above to help you with updating client data so your full 2012 RSR can be more manageable and accurate.  See, we care and are anxiously awaiting your year-end RSR Extract submission in January 2013.
