RSR AGENCIES Who Provide NUTRITION: Patch to V8.9.369 to fix Nutrition Mappings for RSR

Hi.  I'd like to thank everyone who submitted their 2012 RSR by 2/15/12.  This is much appreciated and it will allow time for final cleanup and submission to HRSA.  That's the good news.  Now the not-so-good news for 16 agencies (below).  

In evaluating the received RSR submissions, we've determined an issue related to the Nutrition Contract mapping for the RSR in AIRS Database Version 8.9.368.  To check the current AIRS Version, see information (item #2) after the Agency List.  Therefore, if you a) have a Nutrition Contact, b) must submit the RSR, and c) see your agency name below, I am sorry to tell you that you will need to correct the problem by getting AIRS to 'Database Version' = 8.9.369 and then re-running and submitting the RSR Extract.  To do so, we've created a Patch to V8.9.369 and associated Patch Instructions.

(Also note that the current AIRS V8.9.368 Upgrade has been replaced with the V8.9.369 Upgrade.)  

1)   The Following Agencies MUST be on the AIRS 'Product (exe) Version' = V8.9.369 & 'Database Version' = V8.9.369):

2)   To check on the AIRS Version, go to the "SYSTEM" menu and click on ABOUT AIRS.

• Do not be concerned if the 'Product (exe) Version' already indicates 8.9.369.  The change needed is to the 'Database Version' which must be 8.9.369.
 

3)   Guide to what needs to be done:

• If AIRS has "Database Version = V8.9.368": 

• Get the PATCH to V8.9.369 and Patch Instructions.  Go to the Defran/Netsmart Support Tracker and download the Patch to V8.9.369 (AIRSPatch89369.zip) if your current AIRS Database Version = 8.9.368.
• Run the Patch.
• After running the Patch, you can either run the RSR Extract and re-submit via HCS or continue with any RSR cleanup from the "RSR Completeness Reporting" feedback before re-running and re-submitting the RSR Extract.
• If AIRS Has NOT been upgraded to "Database Version = 8.9.368":  

• Get the latest Upgrade and Upgrade Instructions.  Go the Defran/Netsmart Support Tracker and download the V8.9.369 Upgrade (AIRSvu8_9_369.zip) if your current AIRS Database Version is 8.9.243 or earlier.  
• Run the Upgrade.
• After running the Upgrade, you should run the RSR Extract and submit via HCS.
