    As a young child in the Dragon Reaches during the War of Acquisiton, Jaey witnessed the ravages of war firsthand. After barely escaping slavery with his parents and all he knew and loved destroyed in the war, Jaey swore to prevent and limit conflict with all his might. He worked his way up through the ranks of the Royal Navy's PR department to become a Diplomat and help ease future conflicts.

This is a good start. What I like about it is that it fits easily in the current storyline without major changes. For anyone else thinking of making a RP character, this is the kind of thing you should shoot for. You can make a few minor tweaks to the main story setting here and there, but don't invent entire new nations and wars. 

Now, I wouldn't mind it being a little longer, but as I say, a good start.
