How to run AirORM-UnitTest

Hello,
I am a newbie for AS3 and Flex. I have tried to run airorm unittests
with Flash Builder 4 but I couldn't and got a message like this:

Command : "/Applications/Adobe Flash Builder 4/sdks/3.5.0/bin/adl" -
runtime -debug "/Applications/Adobe Flash Builder 4/sdks/4.0.0/

Would it be possible to run tests with Flash Builder 4 ? Otherwise,
are there any other ways to run tests ?
