The official call for applications is open for a 1-year post-doc in Barcelona

Dear all,

Three months ago, I wrote asking for expressions of interest for a 1-year postdoc position at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. The official call for applications is now open, with information published on both Euraxess (https://euraxess.ec.europa.eu/jobs/436982) and on the university's website (https://www.upf.edu/web/econ/postdoctoral-positions).

If you are interested in applying (independently of whether you previously completed the expression-of-interest form), please send an email following the instructions below:

• The email should be addressed to aleix....@upf.edu, and you should put me in copy (alberto...@upf.edu).
• The subject should be exactly "ECON-INV-INDF-2026-01".
• Please compress all your documents into a single file named "ECON-INV-INDF-2026-01_<LastName>_<FirstName>.zip".
• As per the university regulations, your application should include:
  • A motivation letter with a description of your main research interests.
  • Complete academic curriculum.
  • A recently published paper in which you have had a major role.
  • At least one recommendation letter.
  • Complete academic transcript.
  • Copy of an ID.
• Those of you who completed the expression of interest form can reuse material from that submission, unless you want to provide a more up-to-date version.
• The application period closes in 45 days (July, 6).
