Call for Papers: AIROSpringer Series – "Shaping a Sustainable Future in the Era of Big Data"

Dear AIROYoungers,
We are pleased to announce that submissions are now open for the proceedings volume "Shaping a Sustainable Future in the Era of Big Data”, a Scopus-indexed publication following the 9th Workshop of the Young Chapter of the Italian Association of Operation Research. This volume is primarily aimed at PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and young professionals who attended the workshop, but we also welcome contributions from all interested authors, regardless of attendance.
We are also excited to introduce the Best Paper Award, sponsored by SEA Vision and ARGO Vision, which will recognize the most outstanding contribution to the proceedings with a certificate and a monetary prize.

Submission deadline: May 31st
We welcome short papers of 8-10 pages. Topics covered include, but are not limited to:
- Optimization and Mathematical Programming
- Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Networks and Graphs
- Transportation and Logistics (traffic, routing, scheduling, railway/air traffic, and supply chain management)
- Decision Support and Business Analytics (decision systems, risk management, project planning, and OR practice)
- Applications in Industry and Society (health care, environment, energy, humanitarian logistics, and infrastructure protection)
