Dear Ones,

Sahaj Foundation is pleased to announce its second edition of Cultivating Emotional Balance- A month long online meditation and study program based on Buddhist Teachings. The program is scheduled from February 22, 2022 to March 20, 2022 [8-9 AM; 6 days a week; Tuesday to Sunday], and is open for working professionals.

The program sessions shall include topics such as mundane happiness vs genuine happiness, attachment vs love, what we know vs what we do, anger, depression, fears, cultivating awareness, self-compassion, judging oneself vs judging others- how it’s far from truth, and many more that have a significant importance to cultivate an emotional stability and balance even at the face of most challenging circumstances that life can throw at us.

Just wish to share another update: we are hosting an Introductory Webinar on how to cultivate emotional balance. The webinar will be conducted by our Retreat Lead, Divya Gupta [February 20, 11 AM, No charges].

What to expect in the webinar:
1. Recognition- Most of our lives, we behave due to our tendencies, not our understanding
2. Meditation- How meditation can help understand these tendencies and our minds more deeply
3. Reflection- With this knowledge and practice, how can we deal with our emotions more skillfully, especially in difficult times?
