We at Sahaj
Foundation are coming up with a month-long online meditation-cum-study
program titled 'Cultivating Emotional Balance' to build Awareness and
Right Understanding of the Mind in the ongoing turbulent times.
This
program, to be led by Ms Divya Gupta, is a suitable fit for the ones
who wish to understand how our mind functions at the face of disturbing
daily-life emotions, and how we can transform these emotions so as to
live joyful, relaxed and harmonious lives!
The
program starts from December 28, 2020, and aims to offer 26 sessions in
a month, excluding sundays. The timing of the sessions shall remain 8-9
AM.
